- Any amendments ticket booked before 20/04/2026, fuel surcharge will be applied.
- Any amendments ticket booked after 20/4/2026, non refund on fuel surcharge.
Unpaid bookings will be automatically cancelled 3 days before departure without prior notice. Please refer to LAE’s Terms & Conditions for details. Required documents (Vehicle Registration Card and IC front/back) must be submitted via Fax / Email / WhatsApp at least 3 days before departure for customs clearance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation with no refund.
